Cycle Travel Club – September 2026 Giveaway (Official Sweepstakes Rules)

1. Sponsor

The September Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Comova Cycling, West Sonoma County, California (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to:

• Open to Cycle Travel Club Members Worldwide
• Age 18 or older at time of entry

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

A. Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter without becoming a member:

• Visit: https://cycle-travel-club.kit.com/monthlygiveaway
• Complete the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period

Limit: One (1) free entry per person.

B. Cycle Travel Club Member Entries

Cycle Travel Club members receive automatic entries as part of their membership benefits:

• Basic Members: One (1) entry per month
• VIP Members: Two (2) entries per month

Rollover Entries:
If a Cycle Travel Club member does not win during a given Sweepstakes Period, their unused entries may carry over to subsequent monthly giveaways, provided their membership remains active.

Rollover entries are cumulative and increase the total number of entries a member holds in future giveaways.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• 2-Nights Accommodation with Comova Cycling
• Up to 3 Custom Cycling Routes
• Up to 2 Guided Rides with Steve from Comova

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500 USD 

Prize Conditions

• Prize is transferable, but cannot be exchanged for cash
• Winner is responsible for:
  
• Travel
• Equipment
• Transportation
• Meals
• Insurance
• Any additional costs associated with participation
• The winner can book any available dates between Jan 1, 2027 and April 30, 2027 and can extend their stay beyond two nights at the regular nightly rate.
• Blackout dates: March 16 to April 17
• The winner may book available dates after April 30 for a minimum 3-night stay (only paying for the third night as the first two nights are covered as part of the promotion)
• Maximum guests: 4
• The winner will receive up to three routes tailored to their interests and preferences (e.g., surface type, distance, elevation gain, etc.)
• Steve from Comova will ride with the winner as a guide on up to two routes (a winner who adds an additional night stay can choose whether to add an additional day of guiding at the daily rate)
• The winner can choose to add any of the following additional services at standard rates:

1. Bike rental

2. Airport transfers or other shuttle services

3. Stocking the Cazita with food for self-catering

• The winner must book by January 31, 2027 
• Winner must comply with all rules and requirements set by Comova Cycling
• Prize expires: September 30th, 2027

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 1, 2026
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
• Winner will be notified via email

If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, customs duties, or fees related to accepting the prize in their country, state, province, or region.

Cycle Travel Club does not provide tax advice.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Cycle Travel Club and Comova Cycling to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise integrity
• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cycle Travel Club from any claims arising from:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes
• Acceptance or use of the prize

12. Privacy

Information submitted will be used in accordance with Cycle Travel Club’s privacy policy.

13. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.
