No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or paid Cycle Travel Club membership may increase the number of entries received, but it does not guarantee winning.
This giveaway is open globally to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring they are legally allowed to participate in giveaways or sweepstakes in their country, state, province, or region.
Cycle Travel Club may require proof of age, identity, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
Eligible participants may enter during the giveaway period through the official Cycle Travel Club giveaway form or campaign page.

Cycle Travel Club members may receive increased entries as part of membership benefits. Paid membership is optional and not required to enter.
Active Cycle Travel Club members may receive additional entries based on their membership level.
Membership-based entries are only valid while the member account is active and in good standing.
If a member cancels, refunds, disputes payment, or becomes inactive before the winner is selected, Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to remove membership-based entries.
One winner will receive up to $1,500 USD toward a bike tour experience with a Cycle Travel Club Certified Partner.
The prize may be issued as a voucher, credit, direct payment to the tour operator, or another method determined by Cycle Travel Club.
The prize applies to the bike tour portion only unless otherwise stated. The winner is responsible for all additional expenses, including but not limited to:
If the selected bike tour costs more than $1,500 USD, the winner is responsible for the difference.
If the selected bike tour costs less than $1,500 USD, the remaining balance will not be paid out as cash.
Prize has no cash value unless required by law.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
Winner must choose from eligible Cycle Travel Club Certified Partner bike tour options, subject to availability, operator approval, dates, and booking terms.
Cycle Travel Club is not responsible if the winner cannot travel due to passport issues, visa denial, schedule conflicts, health reasons, weather, operator availability, or other personal circumstances.
Because this giveaway is open globally, some countries, states, provinces, or regions may have specific rules regarding sweepstakes, contests, taxes, or prize acceptance.
By entering, participants confirm they are responsible for complying with their local laws.
Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to disqualify entries from jurisdictions where the giveaway is prohibited, restricted, or requires registration, bonding, translation, or other legal obligations not completed by Cycle Travel Club.
Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries after the giveaway period closes.
Cycle Travel Club may announce the winner during a live video on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or another platform.
Winner selection may be recorded or publicly shown for transparency.
Winner will be contacted by email and/or social media using the information provided at entry.
Winner must respond within 5 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be verified, Cycle Travel Club may select an alternate winner.
Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, customs duties, or fees related to accepting the prize in their country, state, province, or region.
Cycle Travel Club does not provide tax advice.
By accepting the prize, the winner gives Cycle Travel Club permission to use their name, likeness, social media handle, city/country, photo, video, and/or trip story for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner understands that cycling and travel involve risk.
Winner is responsible for reviewing the selected tour’s difficulty, requirements, cancellation policy, safety guidelines, and travel requirements before booking.
Cycle Travel Club strongly recommends travel insurance, medical coverage, and bike/trip protection.
Bike tours are operated by independent Cycle Travel Club Certified Partners or third-party providers.
Cycle Travel Club is not responsible for injuries, delays, cancellations, changes, losses, damages, or disputes related to the tour operator, travel provider, accommodation, transportation, or destination.
Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the giveaway.
Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, partner changes, or other circumstances affect the fairness or operation of the campaign.
