Cycle Travel Club – July 2026 Doors Open Giveaway (Official Sweepstakes Rules)

1. Sponsor

The July Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wheels Sport, Mallorca, Spain (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to:

• Open to Cycle Travel Club Members Worldwide
• Age 18 or older at time of entry

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

A. Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter without becoming a member:

• Visit: https://cycle-travel-club.kit.com/doorsopengiveaway
• Complete the official entry form during the Sweepstakes Period

Limit: One (1) free entry per person.

B. Cycle Travel Club Member Entries

Cycle Travel Club members receive automatic entries as part of their membership benefits:

• Basic Members: Three (3) entry per month
• VIP Members: Five (5) entries per month

Rollover Entries:
If a Cycle Travel Club member does not win during a given Sweepstakes Period, their unused entries may carry over to subsequent monthly giveaways, provided their membership remains active.

Rollover entries are cumulative and increase the total number of entries a member holds in future giveaways.

If a member cancels, refunds, disputes payment, or becomes inactive before the winner is selected, Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to remove membership-based entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• 4-night Stay at Club del Sol Resort & Spa, Port de Pollenca, Mallorca, Spain (Junior Suite / Room Only)
• 2 Premium Bike Rentals at Wheels Sport

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,420 USD 

Prize Conditions

• Prize is transferable, but cannot be exchanged for cash
• Winner is responsible for:
  
  • Travel
  • Equipment
  • Any additional costs associated with participation
• Winner must comply with all rules and requirements set by Wheels Sport / Club del Sol
• Prize Available only between: March 15 – 31st, 2027

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 1, 2026
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received
• Winner will be notified via email

If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, customs duties, or fees related to accepting the prize in their country, state, province, or region.

Cycle Travel Club does not provide tax advice.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Cycle Travel Club, Wheels Sports, Club del Sol to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Cycle Travel Club reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues compromise integrity
• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cycle Travel Club from any claims arising from:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes
• Acceptance or use of the prize

11. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Meta, Google, or any other social media platform.

By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

13. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Agreement to Rules

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Cycle Travel Club, which are final.
